Job summary

Aviva is seeking an Actuarial System Architect to shape the modelling and reporting landscape. You will design and evolve the actuarial systems ecosystem, ensuring data, models and outputs flow from source systems through finance, risk and regulatory reporting.

You will work with actuarial, finance, risk, technology and data teams to define future-state architecture, improve efficiency and ensure a robust, scalable modelling environment for the future.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with actuarial systems and modelling environments.
• Understanding of data flows across actuarial, finance and regulatory reporting.
• Ability to engage diverse stakeholders and translate complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and evolution of Aviva's actuarial systems architecture for current and future reporting.
• Own end-to-end data and modelling processes from sources to outputs.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation, integration, governance and efficiency.
• Provide architectural guidance on system design, data structures and implementation approaches.
• Collaborate with actuarial, finance, risk, technology and data teams on strategic improvements.
