Job summary

Kelly's Kitchen is seeking a hard-working Chef to join our award-winning team in Newport, Ireland. You will manage the day-to-day kitchen operations, create menus, and oversee stock control with a focus on HACCP compliance.

We offer a 4-day week with no Sunday or evening work, finishing at 4:30pm, and a competitive hourly rate of €19–€21. The role is full-time, based on-site in Newport, County Connacht, Ireland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in high quality kitchens.
• Excellent English communication and teamwork.
• Strong awareness and compliance with Health & Safety and HACCP practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day running of a busy kitchen.
• Oversee menu creation and cost efficiency.
• Control stock and reduce waste.
