GT Recruitment Partners is seeking a Head Chef for a well-established food service business in Dublin. This is a permanent, hands-on leadership role reporting to senior management, with strategic and operational ownership of culinary operations.

You will lead the kitchen, drive menu innovation, manage high-volume service, and mentor senior staff while staying on the pass and line. The role offers a quarterly bonus and a 4-day work week.

Qualifications

• Proven Head Chef experience in high-volume kitchens.
• Certified in food safety and hygiene (Level 3 or above).
• Demonstrable hands-on cooking ability on pass and line.
• Strong leadership with ability to manage experienced chefs.
• Resilient and adaptable to shift-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the kitchen team and maintain high-quality output.
• Work hands-on on the line during service.
• Mentor senior sous chefs and kitchen managers.
• Manage high-volume service during peak trading periods.
• Drive menu innovation and ownership of kitchen standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
