Compass Group Ireland is seeking an ambitious Chef to join our team on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will work with a passionate team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious, high-quality food for clients and customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve the food service.
• Create a positive kitchen environment where the team feels welcomed and supported.
• Support the team in delivering food concepts to customers.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
• Assist with ordering, stock control and reducing food waste.
• Oversee kitchen hygiene and cleaning responsibilities.
• Assist in managing budgets and achieving financial targets.
• Comply with food handling, hygiene and safety regulations.
