Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking an experienced Head Chef to take ownership of kitchen operations at one of our properties in Ireland. You will lead the team, shape menu strategies and ensure exceptional quality and service across events and dining.

You will develop culinary staff, manage purchasing, and oversee budget to hit targets. If you are passionate about hospitality, innovation, and excellence, join our supportive, growth‑minded team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as Sous Chef or Head Chef in hotels or similar.
• Unrelenting focus on quality.
• Qualification in culinary arts or similar is desired but not essential.
• People leadership and development experience.
• Strong communicator and comfortable contributing to hotel strategy.
• Ability to build relationships and influence with all levels of the business.
