Dalata Hotel Group in Ireland is seeking an experienced Head Chef to take ownership of kitchen operations, elevate your team, and drive excellence across conferences, banquets, and daily service. You will shape menus, lead skilled culinary staff, manage procurement and budgets, and contribute to a culture of innovation and growth within our hospitality groups across multiple properties.

• Experience as Head Chef or Sous Chef in hotels.
• Proven leadership and development of culinary teams.

Requirements

What You Will Need:

• Experience as Sous Chef / Head Chef in hotels or similar.
• Unrelenting focus on quality.
• Qualification in culinary arts or similar is desired but not essential.
• People leadership and development experience.
• A personal desire to be developed and to learn in your role.
• Strong communicator and comfortable in contributing to the overall hotel strategy.
• Ability to build relationships and influence with all levels of the business.
