Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is looking for a proactive hospitality leader in Cork to oversee restaurant operations, drive team performance, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will recruit and develop staff, monitor service quality, and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective operations.

In this role you will collaborate with senior management on strategic hotel initiatives, oversee events, and foster a customer-centric culture across the venue.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Food & Beverage management role in a leading hotel.
• Experience in large conferences and events is a distinct advantage.
• Excellent Leadership skills.
• Experience in recruiting and developing employees.
• High standards and attention to detail.
• An excellent focus on our customers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the standard of work to ensure the highest quality.
• People leadership, including recruiting, retaining and developing employees.
• Support the Senior Management Team in the strategic running of the hotel.
• Set targets for the restaurant team in line with the overall departmental and hotel objectives.
• Support/oversee events in the hotel to ensure excellence in service at all times.
• Manage the maintenance of the restaurant.
• Manage the budget and cost-effectiveness of the department.
• Support/oversee events in the hotel to ensure excellence in service at all times.
