Reliance Talent Solutions in Midlands, Ireland is seeking a Head Baker to lead a skilled bakery production team and drive recipe development. This hands-on leadership role combines daily manufacturing supervision with technical baking expertise to deliver consistent, high-quality products.

The successful candidate will oversee mixing, proving and baking, manage production records and drive food safety and quality checks, while mentoring staff and shaping the team’s performance during busy shifts.

Competenze

• At least five years of bakery experience, including a minimum of two years in a comparable Head Baker role.
• The practical skill and technical judgement to oversee a range of baked products and resolve production problems.
• Experience formulating recipes and contributing to new product development, with an understanding of consistency at production scale.
• Proven team leadership: you can give clear direction, develop colleagues and maintain standards during busy production periods.
• A strong approach to production processes, food safety, quality checks and accurate record keeping.
• The ability to communicate clearly in spoken and written English.
• Availability for early morning shifts and authorisation to work in Ireland. References confirming relevant experience will be requested.
