Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Logistics Coordinator at the Intel facility in Leixlip, Co. Kildare. You will manage and coordinate shipping of hazardous waste across Ireland and Europe, ensuring documentation, customs, and scheduling are accurate and timely.

Key responsibilities include preparing DG notes, TFS forms, and WTFs, coordinating with subcontractors, and updating operational data. Strong IT and multitasking abilities are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High level of computing and IT proficiency.
• Strong organisational and logistical coordination skills.
• Practical knowledge of Trans Frontier Shipment paperwork.
• Practical knowledge of Waste Transfer Form paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipment documentation, including DG Notes, TFS forms, and WTFs.
• Process customs clearance for UK-bound shipments.
• Book and coordinate waste transport with Veolia subcontractors.
• Schedule hazardous waste streams into facilities across Europe.
• Coordinate loading schedules and collection times with Site Logistics Manager.
• Issue weekly tanker forecasts for site logistics.
• Input and maintain operational data across Veolia IT systems.
• Track and maintain TFS applications across active waste streams.
• Participate in TFS renewal applications.
• Provide operational cover during staff shortages.
