Indaver, a leader in sustainable waste management, is recruiting a TWM Waste Operative (WO) to join the Total Waste Management Team at Pfizer, Grangecastle, Dublin. You will manage on-site waste collection, loading, and preparation for transport, ensuring compliance with contract terms and safety procedures.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in waste management, the Leaving Cert, good communication and attention to detail; forklift licence is an advantage.

Qualifikationen

• Leaving cert or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in waste management or Pharma/Production petro-chemical environments.
• Forklift licence an advantage.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Safe Pass desirable.
• Chemical awareness advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Handle in-house pick-up of waste and transport to central location.
• Load and unload materials.
• Treat waste for transport: sorting, packing, bulking, repackaging.
• Identify and store waste per regulations.
• Manage inventory of empty containers.
• Prepare waste for transport.
• Plan and register waste removal per contract.
• Handle administration to ensure on-time transport.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a tidy workplace.
• Maintain regular communication with line manager.
