Job summary

Connexus Recruit is recruiting an eCommerce Content Team Lead for an established online business in Dublin. The role combines day-to-day leadership of a three-person team with hands-on responsibility for website content, product listings and category management.

40–60% hands-on work across content and product ranges, with the rest spent providing structure, direction and prioritisation for the team to ensure accurate, timely delivery and continuous site optimisation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on team leadership experience.
• Experience in ecommerce content, product content or online merchandising.
• Knowledge of CMS/eCommerce platforms and SEO is useful.

Responsibilities

• Lead a three-person team and allocate daily/weekly priorities.
• Maintain visibility over workloads, deadlines and progress.
• Oversee product listings, descriptions and website content hands-on.
• Support new product/category launches and online promotions.
• Identify workflow improvements and communicate changes clearly.
