Job summary

Connexus Recruit is seeking a commercially minded, curious individual to join its growing eCommerce business in Dublin. The role is intentionally broad, spanning eCommerce, pricing, product, suppliers, sales, marketing, data and wider commercial projects.

You will analyze data, support website projects, engage in pricing and content initiatives, work with suppliers and internal teams, and look for smarter ways to work using Excel, AI and automation.

Qualifications

• Commercial mindset with interest in how businesses make money and grow.
• Comfortable with numbers and interpreting data.
• Ability to manage several different projects and priorities.
• Takes initiative and is comfortable figuring things out independently.

Responsibilities

• Analysing sales, product, pricing or supplier data to identify opportunities.
• Supporting eCommerce and website-related projects.
• Getting involved in pricing, product and content initiatives.
• Supporting sales and marketing activity, including campaigns, events and trade shows.
• Working with suppliers and internal teams on different commercial projects.
• Looking at existing processes and finding smarter or more efficient ways of doing things.
• Using Excel, AI and other technology to analyse information, automate repetitive work or solve commercial problems.
• Taking ownership of projects and seeing them through from idea to delivery.
