Job summary

Gilligan Black Recruitment is assisting an established educational institution in Dublin City Centre to appoint a Facilities & Operations Coordinator. You will oversee the day-to-day running and readiness of the campus, ensuring spaces are safe, clean and ready for use.Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance, managing contractors and outsourced services, supporting health & safety, fire safety and incident reporting, and keeping accurate records while driving operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management, site operations, or similar environment.
• Experience coordinating contractors and outsourced services.
• Knowledge of health & safety, compliance and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running and readiness of the campus, ensuring teaching, examination, meeting and public spaces are safe and ready for use.
• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance and minor works.
• Manage contractors and outsourced cleaning, security and facilities services and monitor service standards.
• Follow up on outstanding works and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Support health & safety, fire safety, compliance and incident reporting.
