Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is seeking a Facilities Co-Ordinator/Administrator to join the Operations Team in Ireland. The role focuses on planned, preventative, reactive maintenance and quoted works across our client base, delivering reliable support and strong team collaboration.

You will work with the Helpdesk Manager, handle client enquiries by phone and email, coordinate trades, raise purchase orders, track costs, and provide coverage during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Working in conjunction with and reporting to the Helpdesk Manager
• First point of Contact Support to client enquiries, to respond to and resolve customer requests through telephone calls and email requests
• Liaise with our skilled team of tradesmen and subcontractors in order to respond to and resolve client requests, while providing feedback to all at key stages
• Initiate & track quotations, raise purchase orders, place orders for required consumables and services
• Track various quoted works costs and labour to ensure delivery of Commercially Profitable quoted works in a timely manner
• Provide back-up support during busy periods, holiday/absence coverage of other Admin and to the general Operations Team
• Working within operations processes on internal software platforms and CAFM systems

• Do you have previous experience in an FM/Services environment preferable although relevant equivalent experience to be considered?
