Job summary

The role focuses on planning, governance, and improving systems to support CEO and stakeholders while ensuring compliance and high service standards. The candidate will manage budgets, oversee insurance renewals, drive health and safety compliance, and coordinate procurement and project delivery

Qualifications

• Third level qualification preferable
• Minimum 3 years in operations or similar experience
• Experience in disability sector preferred
• Proven people management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Strong IT skills including MS Office 365 and data reporting
• Knowledge of HIQA regulations, health and safety, GDPR

Responsibilities

• Lead Operations teams and manage Transport, Maintenance and Canteen functions
• Oversee fleet of 46 vehicles ensuring safe and compliant transport
• Manage facilities maintenance and capital works within budget and timelines
• Coordinate insurance renewals and ensure appropriate coverage
• Oversee canteen service, budget control, procurement and quality food service
• Ensure procurement in line with policies and value for money
• Monitor compliance with procurement rules and GDPR
