Qualifications

• 5 years of maintenance experience in Facilities Management.
• Broad technical knowledge and cost control of building operations, maintenance, H&S, and construction management abilities.
• Familiar with BAS.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish a good working environment to attain objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and Health & Safety program.
• Review work orders, invoices and maintenance systems for accuracy and conformance.
• Inspect sites for conformance of Sub-Contractors and staff to policies.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and local/national mandates.
• Ensure health, safety and quality management programs are followed.
• Meet contractual obligations on time and on budget.
• Direct installation, maintenance and repair of facilities equipment.
• Manage sub-trades, workers and suppliers to perform per contract.
