Job summary

Staycity Group is seeking a proactive Guest Services Manager to lead the Dublin City Centre team, combining guest services leadership with duty manager responsibilities. You will ensure a warm welcome, seamless guest journeys and collaboration across departments to uphold brand standards.

In this role you will develop a high-performing team, manage daily hotel operations, and contribute to guest satisfaction and online review performance, while maintaining strong financial controls within Front

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' hospitality experience in a similar role.
• Supervisory, leadership or Duty Manager experience.
• Experience with Opera Cloud and Front Office operations.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Guest Services team and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure warm welcomes and seamless guest journeys.
• Take on Duty Manager responsibilities during assigned shifts and support across departments.
• Champion brand standards and drive guest satisfaction and online reviews.
• Oversee financial controls within Front Office and contribute to property performance.
