Leonardo Hotels Dublin Parnell Street is seeking a Duty Manager to direct strategic initiatives and lead day-to-day operations across departments. You’ll engage the team and champion hospitality standards to ensure guests enjoy smooth, memorable stays.

You’ll coach and train new starters, participate in recruitment, resolve guest and team issues with confidence, and collaborate with HR on team activities in a fast-paced branded hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hotel teams in a busy environment.
• Ability to coach and onboard new starters.
• Strong problem-solving and guest-relations skills.
