Job summary

Mulranny Park Hotel is seeking a part-time Reservations Agent to join its team. You will manage reservations, respond to guest inquiries, and coordinate with departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Ideal candidates will be customer-focused, fluent in English, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The role offers on-site work with opportunities for development within Windward Group.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservation enquiries promptly and professionally via telephone, email and other channels.
• Process reservations, amendments and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain guest information in the reservation system with privacy compliance.
• Liaise with Reception, Accommodation, Sales and other departments to fulfill guest requirements.
• Upsell rooms, packages and hotel services where appropriate.
• Adhere to GDPR and data protection requirements in all handling of guest data.
• Attend daily briefings and complete required training.
