Job summary

Grand Hotel Malahide is seeking an experienced hotel receptionist to join the front office team on a full-time basis from March. The role requires prior receptionist experience in a hotel environment and a strong commitment to quality, service and customer care.

Under new ownership, the hotel offers a competitive benefits package and opportunities for progression. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Opera PMS (preferably Opera Cloud) and at least 2 years of experience in a busy hotel

Qualifications

• Experience as hotel receptionist preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and outline hotel facilities.
• Check in/out guests using Opera Cloud/Opera PMS.
• Communicate guest requests to relevant departments.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints and suggestions.
• Manage charges to guest rooms and post accurately.
• Oversee departmental float sign-ins/outs and attend required trainings.
