Grand Hotel Malahide is seeking an experienced Dining Waiter to join the Coast Restaurant team. This full-time role in a 4-star hotel requires a passion for hospitality and a strong focus on guest service with at least two years of prior experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role within a 3- or 4-star hotel or high-quality restaurant environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and in a fast-paced service.

• Take food and beverage orders and ensure accurate delivery.
• Maintain high service standards throughout the guest experience.
