Job summary

The SpitJack Rotisserie Brasserie in Cork is seeking a waiter to join their team with immediate start. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure a welcoming, high-standard dining experience in a fast-paced setting.

We offer flexible hours, paid holidays, employee meals and discounts, and opportunities to progress within the hospitality group. Previous experience is helpful but full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive attitude and an interest in good food and people.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to stay calm and focused during busy service.
• Flexibility to work a mix of shifts including days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with warmth and efficiency.
• Take orders, run food and drinks, and manage your section.
• Deliver a high standard of service in a fast-paced environment.
• Make sure guests feel welcome and well looked after.
• Work as part of a close-knit, supportive team.
• Assist with side duties, cleaning, and setup and close-down tasks.
