Job summary

The SpitJack Rotisserie Brasserie in Limerick City invites applications for a Kitchen Porter. Immediate or flexible start, start date: immediate or flexible; no experience required and full training provided. Flexible part-time or full-time hours available with a focus on supporting the kitchen team.

Wages start from €14.15/hour. The role offers opportunities for career growth through internal promotions, tips and a learning manager with access to 1000+ courses.

Responsibilities

• Washing up and managing dishware, pots and kitchen equipment.
• Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen, equipment and workstations.
• Assisting chefs with basic food prep tasks as needed.
• Receiving and storing deliveries correctly.
• Managing waste and recycling in line with kitchen procedures.
• Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Supporting the wider kitchen team during service.

We're now looking for a hardworking, reliable Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team.
