The SpitJack Rotisserie Brasserie in Limerick City invites applications for a Kitchen Porter. Qualifications

• No experience necessary; full training provided.
• Flexible (part-time & full-time) schedules.
• Location: Limerick, Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Washing up and managing dishware, pots and kitchen equipment.
• Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen, equipment and workstations.
• Assisting chefs with basic food prep tasks as needed.
• Receiving and storing deliveries correctly.
• Managing waste and recycling in line with kitchen procedures.
• Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Supporting the wider kitchen team during service.
