Lead the on-site team, manage schedules, training, and visitor pre-registration, while collaborating with security, facilities and events to exceed expectations.

Fluent English and a strong hospitality background are essential to drive service excellence in a dynamic corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Hospitality/reception experience essential.
• People management experience essential.
• Strong customer service background in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate-advanced IT skills (Gmail and Google Docs) preferred.
• Fluent English essential.

Responsabilités

• Report to the Guest Services Ambassador Manager and support reception and guest experience operations.
• Be accountable for day-to-day execution of all Guest Services operations including lobby space and reception desks.
• Plan and manage scheduling, training, and pre-registering external visitors.
• Drive customer service excellence and ensure compliance with security and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with regional/global best practices and share knowledge to improve processes.
