Qualifications

• 2+ years in hospitality, guest relations, or front office.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering thoughtful guest experiences.
• Strong written and verbal English.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable with good judgment and problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and with colleagues/service partners.
• Comfort with hotel management systems; StayNTouch/UniFocus or similar is a plus.
• Third-level qualification preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Flexible to rotating day/evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist at the Welcome Desk.
• Coordinate check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Respond to guest questions and local recommendations.
• Maintain property standards and readiness.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance.
• Maintain logs and handover reports.
• Support safety and confidentiality.
• Use hotel systems for operations.
