Sheraton Athlone Hotel in Ireland is seeking a Night Manager to lead the overnight operations and ensure exceptional guest service across all departments. This senior role reports to the General Manager and offers growth within the international Sheraton brand.

The Night Manager will oversee 23:00–07:30 shifts, manage a night team, handle guest requests, conduct audits, and uphold safety standards while driving revenue opportunities. A passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Night Manager/ Night Auditor/ Night Supervisor experience in a hotel.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Calm demeanor under pressure with solid problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with hotel management systems and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations from 11 pm to 7:30 am.
• Manage and motivate the night team to deliver exceptional service.
• Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.

About The Role

As Night Manager, you'll be the guardian of our hotel during the quieter hours, ensuring the smooth operation of all departments and maintaining our high standards of guest satisfaction. The Ideal Candidate

• At least 1 year of experience as a Night Manager, Night Auditor, or Night Supervisor in a hotel setting
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanour under pressure
• Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office suite
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• A passion for hospitality and a commitment to guest satisfaction
