The Sheraton Athlone Hotel is seeking an Accommodation Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and uphold brand standards, ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction. You will mentor staff, monitor room status, and drive continuous improvement in cleanliness and service quality across the property.

Successful candidates will have at least 2 years of hotel housekeeping experience, strong leadership, and be available to work weekdays and weekends in a dynamic, guest-focused environment.

As an Accommodation Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our renowned brand standards and ensuring absolute guest satisfaction. You will have the privilege of working with a dedicated team that takes pride in achieving the highest levels of cleanliness across the hotel, from the charming bedrooms to the gleaming public areas.

Your meticulous attention to detail, coupled with your leadership skills, will be instrumental in the smooth operation of the Accommodation department. Your role will be a blend of task management and team collaboration, as you will liaise with the Front Office and Reservations teams to ensure that our room status is always up-to-date.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have accrued at least 2 years of experience in Hotel Housekeeping and can demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a friendly demeanor. Fluency in English and availability to work both on weekdays and weekends are required.
