You will act as an ambassador for the hotel and the Leonardo Hotels group, upholding company values and delivering exceptional guest care to every visitor.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest relations/front desk is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle check-in/check-out efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Organise all aspects of check-in and check-out processes.
• Offer local guidance and recommendations to guests.
