Killashee Hotel in Naas, Co. Kildare, Ireland is seeking an Accommodation Assistant to join our team and help deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will be responsible for cleaning bedrooms and public areas, servicing facilities, handling guest enquiries, and adhering to SOPs while maintaining a friendly, professional manner. We offer flexible scheduling, staff benefits and ongoing training to support your career in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Flexible with hours, including weekends.
• Strong customer service orientation and positive attitude.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas per SOP.
• Service and clean public areas including toilets, reception and conference rooms.
• Check and report any faulty equipment.
• Handle guest enquiries and refer complaints to supervisor/manager.
• Manage lost property per policy.
• Keep department and stores neat and tidy.
• Communicate with Accommodation Manager about room status and cleanliness.
• Follow hotel standards and dress code.
• Read and follow all procedures in the SOP Accommodation Manual.
