Killashee Hotel is seeking a Reception Supervisor to join our team in Naas, Co. Kildare. The ideal candidate will have reception/hotel experience. This is a full-time vacancy.

Responsibilities include greeting and registering guests, handling payments, taking calls, and assisting with reservations. The role requires flexibility to work across shifts and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Must be available Monday-Sunday.
• Flexible with hours.
• Experience in reception or hotel operations is preferred.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills are essential.
• Knowledge of hotel software is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Greet, welcome and register guests staying in the hotel.
• Process guest and function accounts and present for payment on departure.
• Answer telephone enquiries and transfer calls from switchboard.
• Handle general enquiries about the hotel and local services.
• Follow cash handling procedures and process charges to guest accounts.
• Prepare daily lodgments for accounts.
• Record maintenance required during duty shift and hand over details.
• Coordinate with the accommodation and banqueting teams for room readiness.
• Process foreign exchange transactions according to house procedures.
• Assist with reservations calls.
