Job summary

Killashee Hotel in Naas, Co. Kildare, Ireland, is seeking a friendly F&B Assistant to join our team. You will serve guests, maintain high cleanliness in outlets, greet guests warmly, and support the manager and team to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

To serve all our guests in a friendly, efficient and professional manner
To ensure cleanliness levels are maintained to a high standard in the food & beverage outlets
To greet all guests in a warm and friendly manner
To deal with any customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
Prepare set ups for tables and/or rooms as directed by your Manager.
Support the manager & your team in providing the highest possible standards at all times
