Job summary

Telnyx is seeking a high-performing GTM Recruiter to join our fast-paced Talent Acquisition team in Dublin. You’ll own end-to-end hiring across Account Executives, BDRs, and channel sales for EMEA and APAC, helping scale our revenue machines as Telnyx builds a global, programmable communications network.

Qualifications

2–3 years of in-house recruiting, GTM or sales roles.
Proven history hiring Account Execs, BDRs/SDRs and sales leaders.
Comfort juggling 15+ open roles across geographies.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruiting for GTM org across EMEA and APAC.
Source globally and move fast—offers should be timely.
Build and maintain a proactive GTM talent pipeline.
Partner with sales leadership to understand role requirements and team dynamics.
Drive a high-quality, inclusive candidate experience from outreach to close.
Sell the Telnyx story with clarity—our products and traction.
Use data to continually improve hiring velocity, quality of hire, sourcing effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.
Coordinate with People Ops on offers, onboarding, and compliance across geographies.
