Job summary

OpenAI is seeking an experienced GTM Recruitment Sourcer to identify, engage and attract exceptional talent across GTM functions, including Sales, Revenue Operations and Partnerships.

You’ll build proactive sourcing strategies, map talent landscapes, and craft compelling narratives to engage passive candidates while partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to align priorities with hiring goals.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in talent sourcing or recruiting.
• Experience sourcing for GTM functions such as Sales, Technical Solutions, Revenue Operations, Partnerships or User Operations.
• Proven ability to identify passive talent and build strong pipelines for competitive roles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand priorities and develop targeted sourcing strategies across GTM functions.
• Proactively identify, engage and build relationships with exceptional talent, including passive candidates in competitive markets.
• Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines to support immediate hiring needs and longer-term workforce planning.
• Develop creative, research-driven sourcing approaches using market mapping, talent intelligence, referrals and networks.
• Conduct initial conversations to assess experience, motivations and alignment with role requirements.
