Job summary

Fenergo is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of strategic roles across Europe, the US, and APAC. This hands-on, advisory role partners with hiring managers to define success, develop targeted search strategies, and drive evidence-based hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading end-to-end recruitment for senior roles.
• Experience recruiting within FinTech, RegTech or financial‑services tech.
• Hiring across GTM and customer-facing functions (Sales, CS, AM, Pre‑Sales, etc.).
• Strong ability to source passive candidates and map markets.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for priority roles across functions/geographies.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and success metrics.
• Develop targeted search strategies and engage high-quality passive candidates.
• Screen and interview candidates against criteria with evidence-based assessment.
• Produce concise candidate summaries and recommendations for hiring teams.
• Partner with leaders to challenge requirements and calibrate candidates’ fit.
• Manage candidate experience from engagement to offer and close.
