Jobgether is seeking a hands-on GTM Software Engineer based in Ireland to build a global go-to-market operating system within a fast-growing SaaS company. You will work with leadership across marketing, sales, and product to deliver production-ready features and unified data across markets.

The role emphasizes autonomy, rapid iteration, and end-to-end ownership, delivering measurable business impact and shaping GTM processes through engineering and data-driven decisions.

Formación

• Experience in a fast-growing international SaaS company.
• Strong software engineering capabilities from initial design to production deployment.
• Systems-thinking mindset for scalable solutions.
• Experience delivering iterative, MVP-focused work to value quickly.
• Ability to move quickly while maintaining high code quality and reliability.
• Comfort collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Own building and continuously improving the GTM technology stack.
• Transform workflows into scalable software features and integrated processes.
• Develop a unified data infrastructure consolidating information across markets.
• Create self-service customer journeys in collaboration with design, product, and onboarding teams.
• Work directly within production codebases to deploy features.
• Collaborate with CEO, Marketing, Sales, Engineering and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Deliver projects through rapid, iterative development cycles with measurable value.
• Take end-to-end ownership of delivered systems (architecture, development, deployment, monitoring, documentation).
• Engage with internal users to understand workflows and gather feedback for improvements.
• Identify opportunities to optimize GTM processes through engineering, automation, and data-driven decisions.
