Job summary

TCR Group is recruiting a General Operative for their M50 GSE Dublin Airport service and maintenance team. The role supports routine maintenance for over 1,000 units and offers a people‑focused environment with opportunities for career advancement.

Ideal candidates hold a valid driving licence, can communicate well with customers and colleagues, and are flexible and diligent. Hours are typically Monday to Thursday and Friday, with weekend availability as needed.

Qualifications

• Hold a Valid Driving Licence (Essential).
• Be a people person with excellent interpersonal and people management skills.
• Demonstrate strong organisational and planning skills.
• Be friendly with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Be diligent, with a flexible and can do approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Work in any area as required by the supervisor.
• Follow instructions from area supervisor and team leader.
• Follow safety rules and wear protective equipment; report incidents.
• Complete all training identified by the company.
