Job summary

TCR Group is recruiting a General Operative for their M50 GSE Dublin Airport service and maintenance team. The role supports routine maintenance for over 1,000 units and offers a people‑focused environment with opportunities for career advancement.

Ideal candidates hold a valid driving licence, can communicate well with customers and colleagues, and are flexible and diligent. Hours are typically Monday to Thursday and Friday, with weekend availability as needed.

Qualifications

• Hold a Valid Driving Licence (Essential).

General Operative

Due to continued expansion and growth, M50 GSE Dublin Airport (part of TCR Group) are looking for an enthusiastic, can-do General Operative to help out our Service and Maintenance Team. M50 GSE currently provide maintenance and repair services for the total up-keep of over 1,000 units for major Airline, Airport and Ground handling companies. Joining our team offers you the enjoyment of working in a people-focused work environment, along with many career advancement and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Flexible to work in any area
• Follow instruction from the area supervisor and team leader
• Follow safety rules, including wearing protective equipment and report any accidents, incidents or near misses that occur in the workplace
• Complete all training as identified by the company
• Adhere to instructions incorporating quality and safety
• Willingness to do manual work

The successful candidate will ideally:

• Hold a Valid Driving Licence (Essential)
• Be a people person with excellent interpersonal and people management skills
• Demonstrate strong organisational and planning skills
• Be friendly with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Be diligent, with a flexible and can do approach to work
• Work well under pressure

Hours of work

• Monday - Thursday: 08.00 - 16.30
• Friday: 08.00 - 15.30
• Availability to work weekends when necessary
