Job summary

Medicines.ie, Ireland's trusted medicines information platform, is seeking a Customer Growth & Partnerships Manager to deepen customer relationships, drive commercial growth and shape the platform's future.

You will engage pharmaceutical companies and stakeholders, uncover business opportunities, and contribute to acquiring new customers through prospecting, proposals and negotiations.

Qualifications

• At least three years' experience within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Experience in a customer-facing commercial role such as account management, customer success, sales or marketing.
• Understanding of the Irish healthcare system.
• Working knowledge of pharmaceutical regulation in Ireland.
• Experience working with digital platforms, technology or data-driven tools.
• Commercial confidence and the ability to identify, develop and convert commercial opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding, demonstrations and training.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Help customers maximise the value they get from the platform.
• Keep a close eye on customer engagement and identify where additional support may be needed.
• Lead renewal conversations and help strengthen customer retention.
• Identify opportunities to introduce customers to additional services and solutions and develop these into commercial opportunities.
