MongoDB is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager focused on Voyage AI adoption. You will develop growth programs across email, in-product, content, and emerging channels to drive activation and expansion. The role requires strategic and hands-on execution for a technical audience within a hybrid Dublin-based setup.

You will partner with Product, Analytics, and Data Science to turn customer insights into high-impact campaigns and lifecycle experiences, from discovery to expansion.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of B2D or B2B growth marketing experience.
• Experience designing cross-sell/up-sell strategies to expand adoption.
• Deep understanding of marketing to developers or a technical audience.
• Working knowledge of AI/LLM ecosystem and how developers build AI apps.

Responsabilidades

• Identify growth opportunities across the customer journey and develop experiences to drive activation, adoption, and expansion.
• Design and execute experiments across audiences, messaging, channels, and experiences.
• Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, Analytics, and Data Science to optimize growth programs.
• Create campaigns and content to drive awareness and adoption across lifecycle stages.
