Qualifications

• 6+ years of B2B SaaS lifecycle and growth marketing experience
• Track record managing an experiment pipeline or portfolio
• Experience coaching or managing marketers
• Deep understanding of marketing to developers or technical audiences
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple seniorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication with influence without authority

Responsibilities

• Own growth marketing strategy and roadmap based on customer journey and business impact
• Build and manage the experiment pipeline: intake, prioritization, velocity, and scaling wins
• Set and enforce a high quality bar for campaigns, messaging, and experimentation
• Coach and develop growth marketers to raise strategic thinking and execution
• Serve as primary stakeholder manager for Product, Analytics, Data Science, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Developer Relations
• Partner with Product leadership to shape digital experience for converting, retaining, and growing users
• Review and unblock campaigns with hands-on feedback
• Monitor KPIs and translate performance into leadership narratives
• Identify emerging channels and PLG opportunities for investment
• Represent growth marketing in planning with senior stakeholders
