Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Marketing Automation Manager to design and build AI-driven automations across its marketing technology ecosystem. You will connect data, tools, and workflows using Workato and related connectors to help marketers work faster and more precisely.

The role requires 5+ years in marketing ops or tech, strong API and data mapping skills, and collaboration with IT, analytics, and marketing teams. This is a hybrid Dublin-based position within MongoDB's global Marketing Tech team.

Qualifications

5+ years in marketing operations, marketing tech, or process automation roles.
Experience with Workato or similar tools and connectors (Marketo, Iterable, Salesforce, HubSpot).
Familiarity with API integrations and data mappings.
Experience with AI/ML-driven tools in marketing workflows.
Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain AI-driven automations across marketing technologies.
Identify automation opportunities with regional marketing teams and analytics to reduce friction.
Translate marketing needs into automated, scalable solutions using Workato and related tools.
Collaborate with IT, Marketing, Analytics, Engineering and Marketing Ops to ensure data integrity.
Monitor and optimize existing integrations for reliability and performance.
Create and maintain automation playbooks and best practices.
Act as SME and consultant on process design and automation strategy.
