• Define and execute marketing plans with Growth Marketing team and transform ideas into campaigns.
• Continuously optimize programs and channels via experiments and A/B tests.
• Collaborate with product teams to optimize user journeys, onboarding, activation, and re-engagement.
• Brainstorm content pieces for new or repackaged content for users.
• Analyze product, market, and customer data to identify growth drivers.
• Leverage new channels to accelerate growth and workload expansion.
• Monitor, analyze, and report KPIs to meet revenue objectives.
• Align messaging with product launches and moments in campaigns.

• Performing strategic product, market, and customer analyses to identify new growth drivers or opportunities for improvement
• Uncovering and leveraging new emerging channels and opportunities to accelerate growth and workload expansion
• Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on KPIs to ensure marketing initiatives reach revenue objectives
• Working collaboratively with our product marketing and product team to align messaging and understand relevant product launches and moments to roll into each customer program or campaign
• 5+ years of B2D or B2B experience in lifecycle and/or growth marketing. Product-led growth experience desired (bonus points for experience/understanding with agent-led growth!)
