Job summary

MM Coaching Limited (Marriage Reset) seeks a seasoned marketing leader to take full ownership of paid client acquisition for an eight-figure men’s coaching company and to run a comprehensive marketing turnaround.

You will own paid media, CRO, conversion, and email, while coordinating with organic efforts. You report to the CEO, inherit a proven funnel and data, and will build the team to scale to the next level, with a path to CMO for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Ran or led marketing for offers doing $1M+/month, verifiable.
• Deep high-ticket call-funnel experience; optimized for booked calls and sales.
• Expert Meta media buying with creative-as-targeting and KPI-driven testing.
• Proven creative and hook direction, with receipts (ads you directed).
• Managed a marketing team of 5+ (copywriters, editors, media buyers, managers).
• Built or rebuilt marketing processes to lift output quality of a creative team.

Responsibilities

• Paid media strategy and results; direct the external media partner and guide actions.
• Scale budgets and develop a CPM-reduction program; oversee ROAS optimization.
• Own the forecast from revenue to booked calls to spend and volume monthly.
• Direct creative and messaging; own VSL improvements, hooks, and ad concepts.
• Ensure compliance, policy adherence, and account safety across platforms.
• Own data, tracking, attribution, and event routing with the team.
• Lead the team, set standards, and drive hiring and performance reviews.
