• 7+ years in digital marketing or growth roles.
• Proven track record driving paid media ROI and funnel improvements.
• Strong copywriting and VSL/direct-response writing能力.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy, structure, and testing with external partner.
• Direct and optimize budgets across Meta, Google/YouTube, and Bing.
• Lead CRO, funnel improvements, and testing plans.
• Write and refine VSL copy and direct-response messaging.
• Oversee email sequences and conversions to revenue.
• Lead a marketing team and hiring decisions, with weekly planning.
• Ensure compliance, safety, and account policies across campaigns.
• Own data tracking, attribution, and weekly funnel forecasting.
