Job summary

Lureo by Imvizar in Dublin is looking for a Growth Hacker to own the go-to-market. You will define the strategy, test ideas, and turn concepts into action, working with a small team to scale creator adoption and engagement.

You should be able to think strategically, spot opportunities, and translate them into executable growth programs across channels, partnerships, and community initiatives, with hybrid work in Dublin.

Qualifications

• Experience across growth, GTM, marketing, community or something adjacent.
• Close to consumer, creator or community-led products and brands.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and forming your own point of view.
• Analytical, but don't need perfect data before acting.
• As comfortable doing the work as setting the strategy.
• Energised by small teams and fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM strategy end to end, building a strong understanding of creators, audiences and opportunities.
• Design and run growth experiments from idea through to execution across campaigns, partnerships, community, events and other channels.
• Work closely with the founder and wider team to get ideas live quickly and learn from outcomes.
• Bring your own ideas and turn opportunities into testable growth programs.
