Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Lureo by Imvizar in Dublin is looking for a Growth Hacker to own the go-to-market. You will define the strategy, test ideas, and turn concepts into action, working with a small team to scale creator adoption and engagement.
You should be able to think strategically, spot opportunities, and translate them into executable growth programs across channels, partnerships, and community initiatives, with hybrid work in Dublin.
Lureo lets anyone create digital experiences that live in real places.
Lureo is built by the team behind Imvizar, who have spent 5+ years creating 180+ experiences for organisations including Salesforce, Google, Bupa, Dell and many more.
We're now putting those tools directly into the hands of creators, with no code or AR development experience required. We're in open beta and starting to grow the creator base, alongside community initiatives like Lureo for Education and our Creator Fund.
And the timing is exciting. AR is moving beyond phones, with a new generation of smart glasses and spatial devices coming to market (Meta, Snap, Apple). Lureo is already building for Snap Spectacles, alongside mobile and web, giving creators a way to start building for what comes next.
We're looking for someone to own go-to-market at Lureo.
We're calling this role Growth Hacker because it's broader than a typical GTM job. You'll set the strategy, test the ideas and get your hands dirty making them happen. We have a product in the market, creators using it and a lot of ideas about where growth could come from. Your job is to work out where we should focus, build the strategy around it and turn it into growth.
Who should be using Lureo? Why should they care? Where do we find them? What gets someone from discovering the product to creating, publishing and coming back? You'll have real ownership over answering those questions and building what comes next.
There isn't one perfect background for this role. You could come from growth, GTM, marketing, or community. You could have been part of an early growth team, or built something yourself.
What matters is that you can think strategically, spot opportunities and turn ideas into action.
Bonus if you've built something from zero, been part of an early-stage team, understand creator communities, or are excited about AR, XR and immersive storytelling.
This is a chance to build the growth engine, not inherit one. The product is live. People are creating. Now we want to make it much bigger. You'll own that challenge, work directly with the founder and have the freedom to shape the strategy and test ideas quickly.
You'll also be doing it in a category where the rules haven't been written yet. AR and spatial computing are moving fast, and how people create for them is still being defined.
We receive a high volume of applications, so only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
Creativity is at the heart of Lureo. We're committed to building an inclusive team where different backgrounds and perspectives are valued.
