Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Ireland is seeking a Growth Account Executive for Startups across EMEA. You will partner with AI-native startups to integrate Claude into products, guiding them through adoption with a high-velocity, consultative sales approach.

You will own a large startup book, build relationships with founders and technical leads, identify high-potential opportunities, and coordinate with Solutions, DevRel, and Customer Success to deliver a seamless experience while scaling

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SaaS or cloud/infrastructure sales with quota
• Experience managing high-velocity sales cycles with multiple opportunities
• Comfort engaging with founders and technical decision-makers
• Strong commercial instincts to assess startup potential
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and AI/ML use cases
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Self-starter with bias toward action

Responsibilities

• Own a high-volume book of startup accounts, managing full sales cycle from prospecting to close and expansion
• Build trusted relationships with founders, technical leads, and early GTM teams as a strategic AI adoption advisor
• Drive rapid time-to-value by identifying and executing highest-impact AI use cases with Claude
• Develop and execute territory and account plans prioritising high-potential startups in EMEA
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Developer Relations, and Customer Success for a seamless customer experience
• Partner with venture capital and accelerator ecosystems to source pipeline and build company presence
• Identify product feedback and trends across portfolio, advocating for startup needs internally
• Manage forecasting and pipeline hygiene, using data to optimise sales motion
