Job summary

The Hoxton, Dublin is seeking an experienced Groups & Events Coordinator to drive revenue by managing group, meeting and event enquiries from initial contact through to invoicing.

You will collaborate with Sales and Reservations, build lasting client relationships, and ensure impeccable guest experiences across on-site functions. This fast-paced role offers training and development within a growing international hospitality brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel Groups & Events or Reservations; ability to own group bookings.
• Strong attention to detail and high organisation in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word; OPERA and/or Delphi a plus.
• Natural relationship builder; professional and personable with clients and internal teams.
• Calm under pressure with ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Groups & Events enquiries from first contact to execution.
• Manage booking pipeline from proposal to invoicing.
• Build strong internal/external relationships and prioritise guest experience.
• Coordinate reservations and rooming lists with the reservations team.
• Anticipate needs and provide proactive solutions for guests.
