Aviva in Ireland is seeking a Group Protection Proposition Consultant to shape customer propositions and drive growth across teams. You will identify market opportunities, enhance existing propositions and develop innovative solutions that deliver real value to customers and the business.

You will take ideas from concept through implementation, ensuring governance and regulatory compliance while delivering good customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience within Group Protection, with an understanding of proposition development and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to identify customer needs, analyse market trends and translate insights into propositions and solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across brokers, employers and customers.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development and enhancement of customer propositions to grow market share and business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and implement new products and proposition improvements from concept to launch.
• Analyse customer needs, market trends and competitor activity to define product requirements and value propositions.
• Develop product positioning and support marketing to ensure clear, compelling messaging.
• Support delivery of good customer outcomes while ensuring governance and regulatory compliance.
